Ok... so I finally have something new for you to look at. Here are the newest candles I have made. They will be center pieces for a womens breakfast at my church! For some reason I can only put 5 pictures up at once, so I will post the others tommorow.
I have been so busy lately, I got my whole yard raked and bagged. Bought my two beautiful kids a play stucture to use this summer. Hopefully we will get it up tommorow for them. Its been so nice outside I just don't wanna come inside when the weather is so great!

Pretty Picture Frame
So finally here is something new!! Its seems like I haven't been on here in ages!
I was at Michaels the other day and they had on a sale for buy one get one free frames, so I thought to myself lets make some fancy frames! Here are some of the pictures, sorry the pictures are not that great. These are some of my favorite colors right now and they seem to match my craft room so well! I will be putting this frame above the stacking cubes to give the wall some more interest! Hope you like, if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Too Cute Candle!!
The other day I was at one of my favorite stores.....Dollorama. I found these cute little candles for $2. They come in blue, red, green, yellow and smell great!! I was there thinking of what I could use them for when it hit me, I would just add my own paper and velleum I make my own design.
This is the very first try at making it look pretty, it looks okay but I will be making some changes as this one is a bit smudged and not quite how I want it. But I was so excited to show this cute idea off and couldn't wait to put my final one up, hopefully I will get one done "Just right" tonight and can post some more pictures tommorow!
Here it is with the lid to the side, it says it should burn for about 40 hours. I figure when the candle is all gone I will wash it and use it for a q-tip holder or something. Its too cute to just throw away. I will be making some as gifts and doing a class on how to make one! If you are interested just let me know! Thanks for looking!

Urban Oasis Card Organizer
I found a great tutorial for one of these and right away had to make one. It is such a cute little card organizer! I absolutley love the urban Oasis Paper from Stampin Up so it was obviously my first choice when I thought of making one. I was thinking I would make some matching tab dividers so I could keep track of the kinds of cards are in it. ( Birthday, Thank You, Wedding, Sympathy, etc.)
Here is what the inside looks like, it is held shut with a velcro dot. I will put up the finished product with the tab dividers maybe tommorow if i get a chance. I was thinking of doing one of these for a card class that way they would have a cute holder to take home all thier beautiful cards in! Thanks to Dannie's Designs for the great tutorial! Hope you all like it.
Nightmare Before Christmas Cake
This cake was inspired by the movie Nightmare before Christmas. I was asked to do something with zera print, Jack from the movie, music notes and this is what I came up with. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling, crumb coated with buttercream then covered in fondant! Jack is made of gumpaste and can be kept.
Here is picture of the whole cake. It was so fun to make and see come to life! Hope you enjoyed looking!

Easter Card/Joy Card
Finally I finished the cards for the card class tomorrow!! This first one is real simple, I figured I would use the cricut to cut out all the pieces. Then just added a stamp from the Give Thanks stamp set from Close to my Heart. Cut some green cardstock to look like grass and volia...done!I wasn't sure of the colors on this one at first but now that its all done I really like it! I absolutely love the scallop punches, they make everything look so pretty! Hopefully I will get some more stuff up tomorrow, I was thinking of adding some cakes pictures finally. Thanks for looking!

Note card holder and Cards for my 2nd Card Class
Here is the note card holder. I got this idea off Just Give Me Stamps Blog. She does some really amazing work. I used the God's Beauty stamp set on the cover and water colored in the butterfly with Taken with Teal and Old Olive to match the card stock and ribbon I used.
On the cards I used a stamp from the All Holidays set. And the Boho Blossoms punch to make the flower.
I decided to do a card class every second tuesday at my house. So here are some of the cards from my second class. I make 5 cards in total for each class. But so far I have only got these three done, so I 've got some more work to do. Almost all of my stuff is done with Stampin Up's products, unless otherwise stated.
I used the Playful Petals stamps from Close to my Heart on this one. I love the paper piercing around the edge of this one, it really made it stand out!
This is a very simple card and can be used for either a boy or a girl. I started off by using a 5 1/2'' x 4'' piece of Pumpkin pie cardstock. Scored it in the middle, folded it in half. Then I added a 5'' x 3 1/2'' piece of chocolate chip and layered a 4 3/4'' x 3 1/4'' piece of paper from the Tall Tales paper pack. I cut a 1/2'' x 4 3/4'' piece of Old Olive cardstock and cut little slits in the top to resemble grass. Lastly I added a 2 1/2'' x 1 1/4'' piece of Summer Sun cardstock and stamped it with the baby stamp from the That's Nice stamp set, then drew some faux stitching around the edges. If you would like more instuctions or have any questions about my other cards feel free to leave a comment with your question and I will get back to you.

My New Craft Room
We moved into our new house on January 16 and quickly I found a space to call my own for my crafting things. But the room was to plain so I decided to paint and add some personality to it. I went town to pick out some paint. Now I am not usually a green person but this color really won me over. I wanted something that would inspire me to create and have fun.....so here is my new space!! The color by the way is called English apple.
Here's the first!
